And now I'm here in Hangar 7 in Salzburg, home of the Flying Bulls.

So, where are we exactly?
This is the Flying Bulls, Red Bull's own fleet of historic aircraft based in two hangars here in Salzburg.
And the idea behind it is beautifully simple.
Don't park these machines in a museum behind a rope, keep them flying.
Fighters, bombers, warbirds, restored, airworthy, and still taking to the sky at airshows around the world.
Which is how we ended up recording a podcast a few thousand feet up in a plane older than just about everyone on board.
