bank self-enforced one or the reserve bank 20% cap but yeah definitely one to watch and you know as servicing test rates come down it's going to become a bigger factor as we've said I guess on the other hand house prices are down so you know maybe people don't need such a big amount of debt as what otherwise might be the case you know there's still a cautious attitude out there so we might not see the DTIs kick in straight away but yeah it's just one to obviously keep an eye on

uh yeah yeah gee I mean the the Scott Robertson thing's been well discussed hasn't it so I'll probably stick out of there I mean a big surprise of course but um yeah stoked to see the cricket result overnight that's that's really really cool Daryl Mitchell just probably my favorite cricketer at the moment just um you know he loves that battle doesn't he he's right into it so so that was cool but yeah good good uh good weekend personally you know heaps and heaps of family stuff just um you know birthday parties and going to the coffee shop and going for walks and things it was it was cool and um

uh yeah we're churning through the school holidays you know we're into what second to last week now so um you know only the start of that week of course but yeah the countdown's on for that too um and enjoyed the t20 black clash as well on saturday night so that was um you know good entertainment sometimes feel a wee bit contrived for me but felt like that result was was pretty genuine and so it was good exciting game and um

So, yeah, no complaints.

CPI towards the end of the week, that'll be a biggie.

I mean, people with mortgages, as most of us, you know, they'll be watching what comes out of that.

If it's slightly stronger than expected, you know, there's possibly some concerns there in terms of possible, you know, OCR increases being brought forward a little bit.

So, yeah, definitely a biggie to watch.

Some time, not saying it'll be immediate, but yeah, it's definitely going to create some chatter anyway.
