So I started doing it.

And I was, I started off at like a minute that I'd go two minutes.
And next thing you know, I was doing like really long stretches.
Maybe I think I was averaging like, you know, anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes per sitting.
And for the first time, like after like a month, I really felt a difference because,

My body was just healing at such a fast rate.
And I was sleeping.
I was sleeping 10 hours a day.
