And it was like the winter in Florida.
It's not cold, but the warmup process was really hard.
Like after getting out, I'd be cold for like hours.
I mean, like it's a struggle.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So my joints were still kind of aching and I couldn't do, I had the kettlebells.
but I haven't done them for a while.
Yeah.
And so I, you know, got out one day and I said, I'm sick of being cold.
And I just started with the kettlebells.
I started doing just, you know, small workouts to warm up.
And next thing you know, like I just kept extending the workouts and my body was feeling better and better from it.
So it became just like part of it.
And I found that also I hate the gym, you know?
Jujitsu.
I mean, I used to work out at the gym, but I just burnt out of it.
Yeah, and I always had a home gym just because I hate the commute.
It's another reason not to work out is the commute.
Yeah, I mean, even with kettlebells, they're very easily transportable.
