And I also noticed from this is my, like, I guess I would say the testosterone levels jumped up and, and now I see that other people have found this too, that doing the cold before workout increases your testosterone dramatically.

That's how I got into the kettlebells.
And for the meat, it wasn't until like the divorce finally ended.
But I was always basically very meat-based because I only eat one meal a day.
I've been doing that for 18 years.
And so when you eat just one meal a day, you gravitate towards what your body craves.
And it's usually meat.
And I was always on the belief that you needed like fiber to use the bathroom.
Yeah.
Yes.
Yes and no.
And so.
so i went out on a date who's now my wife and we went to a steakhouse and she just ate steak and she and she told me i only eat meat and i said and that piqued my curiosity because i prefer just to eat meat yeah and i said well how do you how do you what about fiber
And she basically explains that you have to have fat with, you know, make sure you get a higher content of fat so it produces the bile to digest and use the bathroom.
Yeah.
So she told me this and I was sold like right away.
And I noticed right away is I had way more energy from it.
