Okay.
So I go there, I get the burger meat and the liver, and it comes frozen with the liver.
So I'll pull it out of the freezer, let it sit for like 10, 15 minutes, and then I chop it into like cubes.
And I salt it and eat it with melted butter.
You know, I always like liver, but I used to cook it.
Oh, wait.
No.
Um, you know, I just find it tastes better.
You know, and I mean, it has a sweet taste.
Yeah, I mean, it tastes good.
And it was my current wife had discovered the raw liver.
Yeah.
Yeah, so that's... I wouldn't do it with liver.
It's not flash freezing.
But even still...
like the, like burger meat.
You can eat it raw.
I mean, it is steak tartare.
Yeah, I think you have more risk probably from sushi than anything else.
Yeah, and the heavy metals in sushi is pretty extreme.
