He talks about water and he like measures water like extreme.
I thought I was the only one that does this.
And he actually says that you need one ounce of water.
per pound of body weight wow and that's like a bare bone minimum and if you add alcohol you have to increase it if you're working out same with coffee right coffee you have to double right yeah yeah so he said that when during training session you know and heavy training sessions he was drinking um two to three times his body weight right
and ounces, so that's a lot of water.
And a lot of people will push back and they'll say, well, you're washing out electrolytes.
I do take electrolytes, but even before I did that, I've always been a pretty avid water drinker.
I mean, being dehydrated is the worst thing you can do to yourself.
