Yeah, and everyone seems to suffer from sleep problems, and melatonin is probably the worst thing you can take.
Well, because your natural production of it stops.
Um, but you know, they're like at night I do have a, uh, I'm actually going to come out and sell it, but I do have a sleep drink that I've perfected over the last five years.
Yeah.
And it basically is a mega dose of vitamin C, um, magnesium glycinate, taurine, glycine, GABA and tryptophan and potassium.
Oh, yeah.
And I was going to London on a business trip with a guy.
And we got on the plane and I was pouring my sleep drink into it.
And he's like, what is that?
I said, that's my sleep drink so I can sleep on the flight.
And he's like, give me some.
He's like, I've never fallen asleep on a flight.
And I said, okay.
And he's like, this won't work.
He drank it.
And I literally look over, you know, he's on the next row.
Five minutes at like 10 minutes after he's out cold, the plane lands the following day.
I've been up.
I have to start shaking.
