It's like saying you want a quarterback because you don't have one, and you expect that you'll get Sid Luckman or Taylor Williams, but instead you get Kaye McNown or Rusty Fish or somebody, right?
We've got to hear from them about the specifics.
And so, I mean, I hear what you're saying about kind of the back and forth, but this is really par for the course when it comes to stadium conversations, right?
When you look at
The Vikings, Kevin Warren's old team.
They looked at multiple sites, including downtown options and suburban options before they ended up where they are.
They had a full development agreement in Arden Hills.
The Wills family bought the old Star Tribune site for their stadium, which is in a different spot than it is today.
Blaine, Minnesota was a focus at one point.
Chaco P, Minnesota was another site.
And they ended up asking, asking, axing all those plans and building on an old Metrodome site, right?
