Yeah, you guys, again, both highlighted some important things that I've even seen from the company that we have, which is the civilian sector, the ones without the law enforcement and without the military background, are becoming very desirable.

And just like you said, at first, many think they can't get in because of lacking that experience.

But in this day and age, that has shifted significantly where we have clients who actually prefer people that don't come with the typical military background for any number of different reasons why they may want it that way.

What we've definitely seen is, wow, there are some amazing people who just who are who started off with their passion for dogs that have led them to the point here.

We have one with our company that her normal I would call it normal nine to five job if you want to call it nine to five.

But she's a Las Vegas DJ.

And she's one of our handlers has been an amazing handler.

She's done quite well in the in the field.

But at first guess, you would never think someone's job description prior to becoming a dog handler was a DJ in Las Vegas.

So that just kind of I use as a great example for a lot of people to go, hey.

If you have a passion about this and you want to explore this world, you can be like Tina and find your way in.

You just got to knock on the door and you got to go for it.

And you and like you said, there is a financial investment because unfortunately, schools aren't free.

We can't do that for free.

But.

Just like you mentioned, there are a couple of ways to accomplish that.

There's the interest, the loans, the different things, opportunities out there.

Some some states even have voc rehab available where they will help that.

And I thought that'd be a good opportunity.

Could you guys kind of share what the VRS and skill bridge is just for those who may not know what that is?
