But sometimes they start getting so worked up about either people's lack of care about the security or –

the perceived disrespect by the attendee who's like, Hey, you know, mall cop relax a little bit.

So you just have to be able to know when to turn it on, when to turn it off, balance out.

And then of course, within like what you guys are doing, the training aspect is,

The ego is super hard, but let go of the ego and just be open-minded and take things with a grain of salt.

Take time to understand it because there's a reason behind why a trainer said something or there's a reason why...

The method that's being used in that moment is relevant, even though two weeks later we may switch it on you because of this.

Just don't take it so personal because as you take it personal, you carry it on.

And it's like there was an analogy.

The person says, hey, if I give you a cup of water, hold on to this.

After a while, it's holding a cup of water for 10 minutes starts to become very heavy.

So if you take things personally, you hold on to it.

These things become very heavy, even though at first they seem like not that big a deal.

So I just share with people, hey, what's Ted Lasso say?

Be a goldfish.

Forget about, you know, the goldfish is a 10 second memory.

Get past it, move on and get on to your next thing without without getting yourself too worked up over something that may prevent you from doing something you love doing or takes you out of something that you've been doing that you're good at.

But because we didn't forget and we held a garage or whatever it was, ended up costing you that position.
