And I do think that's also driven some people in Gen Z 1.0 to the right is seeing less economic opportunities and seeing less job opportunities.

And I don't blame them.

a lot of hiring managers for not wanting to bring on Gen Z talent when all these reports are coming out in the news that Gen Z employees are entitled and lazy and committing time theft.

And I know this because as a Gen Z employee, I have been entitled, been lazy, and committed time theft.

So I do understand this, but I think this just speaks to a greater problem that is going to continue into further generations, which is the oligarchs who run the country and the billionaires who enjoy the spoils of...

this economic system are getting rid of the sort of mid-tier of jobs with AI coming in, with giant corporations buying every successful company and then firing everybody they possibly can, outsourcing to other countries, things like that.

There's a type of employment, and I'm sure some business expert would be able to speak to this with quite a bit more eloquence than I am, that's disappearing.

So a lot of young people are either getting these grunt jobs that suck.

I would know.

I've had one.

Or if they are getting a high-paying job that feels like an opportunity, it is very often because of the connection that they have in their family.

about nepotism and how widespread it is and all these different sites.

It's so funny.

People always talk about nepotism in Hollywood.

And I'm like, okay, you're freaking out about nepotism in Hollywood while Nepo babies are running our banks.

They are running our government.

You ever hear of somebody named George W. Bush?

If that guy was not a specific dude's son, he wouldn't have gotten hired to manage a small ice cream shop.

So the when people say it's the economy, I think it's more than just, you know, maybe the numbers aren't as good.
