Do you have enough emergency money?
Actually, again, another topic we talk about in our book.
It's not a generic formula.
It is how much money do you need, which reflects your financial situation, your financial responsibilities, your stress levels even, the stability of your job and the security of your job, even your own health.
Do you have a fragile health or do you have some health issues that need to be addressed in due course?
Or do you have family that lives remotely or far away that you need to get to an emergency?
Getting really clear just to have a look at, do I have the right amount of emergency money?
Do I actually sleep well at night with this number?
And if you don't, this awareness is so powerful because then you know, I can need to act on this as a priority.
I can need to start looking at solutions.
And when some money does come my way, whether I maybe sell something or get a
pay rise or a new job I know that I need to actually any spare money goes there for the time being to get me to where I need to be it's about being financially responsible but also financially resilient so you're going to feel even more confident and faithful about your future when you actually look at this important level of stability

It should never be, you know, shares or crypto or, you know... Property or... Yeah, definitely not.
It's got to be liquid.
If someone called you up and said, you know, bail me out of jail, I need $10,000...
The money can be transferred.
I'm not going to jail, nor are you, but I'm using that as an example.
That's how liquid it needs to be.
