I just don't... I block a lot out through my days.

And then it's only whenever you're sitting in a position like that.

And Sienna had asked me to talk about, you know, supporting women.

And it does get me.

It's women that have gotten me through the last three years.

So...

It's only when you're sitting in a room with women that I suppose you feel safe enough to open up like that.

Yeah, it's been hard navigating a divorce with public presence, for sure.

And there's no guidebook on it.

I've just had to, I suppose, use everything I've learned over my years of traveling and my parents and how they've raised me to cope with it all.

Yeah.

And to manage it.

But yeah, I suppose it's not easy to talk about.

It was a very massive part of my life.

And of course, then it's my job to be online.

So I couldn't not be online and have four small children to support.

So I had to find a way to, I suppose, show that vulnerability while still keeping as much as I could private.

Yeah, I grew up on my dad's farm in County Tyrone.

He was a dairy farmer.

So there's no rest for the wicked.
