If a sailor doesn't want to obey the orders of the officers in front of him on an aircraft carrier and you don't pack that parachute correctly or do the things that are required to make the catapult work correctly, you'll kill somebody.
So you can kill somebody even in peacetime
by your own impudence and personal pick because you didn't like the officer above you.
