So for 50 plus years, the Chinese have always claimed that there are no first use state, that they will never use nukes in a first use scenario.

Well, what we've seen over the last five years since 2021, when we saw

350 ICBM silos built out in central China.

We've seen the development in advance of these JL-3 10,000 kilometer missiles on these newer improved class Jin class submarines.

And they have this new H-20 strategic bomber.

They have three legs of a triad.

They've tested two of them here in the last two years.

I would expect another test, which is to get to your point, which is to say they may threaten us with nuclear weapons in order to achieve whatever they want to get Taiwan.

So there's a lot of pressure points that they're bringing to bear, economics, diplomacy, raw military conventional power, and the threat of nuclear power, even though they say and claim we're not a first-use nation.

Since they launched on Monday the 6th, the Chinese government has not reiterated that they are a no-first-use state.

They just say, hey, this was a routine test, which it wasn't.

We gave it ample notification, which they didn't.

And they didn't tell us any specific details, so it's not transparent.

And then they lied and said it wasn't targeted against any nation.

It was obviously targeted against the United States of America.

So there's a lot of things that the Chinese are – they game out.

They call it –

comprehensive national power it's an actual form of government function for the chinese communist party and they will basically do a roulette wheel of different scenarios and analyze well if i do this here what will happen and they'll play it out and if i do this in this domain what will happen and they'll play them all out and they'll do them in different combinations and variations

And they keep working it as they keep pressing forward, almost like the Argentinians last night in the World Cup.

They just keep pressing towards the goal of what they want.
