I spent four months in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1994.

national law against sanctions against this dark fleet that's transporting illegally obtained oil, and we're going to stop it.

And we're not going to, as you said, we're not going to go to a court of law to do it.

We have the capacity to do it.
