I think that with any expansion, you're just learning so many things that it's hard to focus on some of the really important things that you really need to win.
So for me, it's super exciting because
I feel like everyone on staff and even the players were like, okay, now we get it.
Now let's raise the bar and get after kind of the other stuff that's really meaningful.
I mean, I think he was in the same boat as everyone, just trying to figure out personalities, understanding what makes players tick, understanding...
combinations understanding like you know how often to practice um you know do all that stuff so i think that that brian probably had to also kind of learn on the go and kind of make adjustments as we went along will he be back as the as the coach of the golden eyes next year i mean i assume so we are expanding and we have to have all our exit processes but um
You know, everything is always moving in this league, but, I mean, I would expect things like that.
Well, first of all, I find it really exciting because it means what we're doing matters and it means that there's a demand for more teams.
And so for me, that's huge success.
The fact that we are even talking about two to four teams.
And I know that the league has always said all along it wants four.
So if there's that much demand for our product, to me, this is like, that's the best news we can have.
So I know people would wonder if it's frustrating.
It's actually not.
It's super exciting.
And I'm sort of like process oriented where it's like,
once we kind of know the parameters and like the rules around expansion, then to me, it's fun.
It's kind of like the fun part of the, the chess game of like, you know, building your roster.
And then there's always going to be that part of encouraging new players to come to Vancouver.
And I think that the city of Vancouver is an easy sell itself.
