Yeah, sure.
I think it's about...
teaching kids that they can do hard things and building that resilience.
And the way I teach my kids and even in the class is relating it back to me when I'm doing something hard and they see me practicing resilience and doing hard things.
For example,
I had to do this pitch competition, which is like my idea of a nightmare to stand in front of 150 people and memorize something and get knowing that I'm going to get peppered with questions.
And it's like, I was really anxious and my kids could see that.
And I was like, yeah, I'm really nervous.
This thing's coming up and just letting them see you do hard things.
I think that's really important because we as adults do hard things all the time.
And I think, um,
showing that you go through the same things that they're going through so you can relate it back to them.
Always relate it back to yourself in a story.
I find that really helps when teaching anything with kids to show that you're human and you go through all the same things that they do.
And then also telling kids that it's okay to fail.
Like it's okay to try and not get it right because from mistakes we grow.
How else are we going to grow if we don't try?
And yeah, if it doesn't work out the first time, let's think of how
we can approach it in a different way and that you're going to be there together to work it through and that mistakes are actually a good thing to do because it's how we learn.
Yes.
