I think being direct about that as well and not selling them some kind of fantasy that,
everything you try, you're going to be a winner.
No, sometimes, and I'll bring it back to the pitch competition.
It's like, I came home, like, did you win?
I was like, no, I didn't win.
But you know what?
I'm proud of myself because I overcame a fear of mine.
And every time I do something like this, that makes me really afraid, it builds me, it makes me stronger.
So I'm modeling that as well.
Like, it's not always about the outcome.
It's about the journey and
And building that resilience skill.
And I think our kids today lack resilience because there's a sense of entitlement, a sense of getting everything so immediate.
