So are you finding as well through some of your conversations that there is a bit of a gap between where I guess maybe women think they are and where they want to be and how are they closing potentially that gap?

Their level of ambition, I guess their identity, of understanding who they are now that they're a mom, particularly if they're just returning back into work after parental leave.

Yeah.

And so what are some of those questions is what you said about asking yourself about who you are now.

Are there some things or questions that you would recommend people even get a computer or a book or something and actually sit down and I guess maybe help ask those clarifying questions?

That's a lot in that.

That would be no doubt quite emotional for some people.

Yes, I 100% agree.

Do you find that in that environment that people and women are like, oh, I'm going to say this, but then actually other women also then go, yeah, I feel exactly the same way.

And it's that safe space that, because there's also so much of motherhood

And even as what we're talking about ambition, that you feel that it's quite individualized that, oh, I'm going to say, I'm going to feel this, but I'm not necessarily going to verbalize it because I don't know how other people feel about it.

And everyone's got an opinion.

As you say, society has so many expectations.

But as soon as you actually speak up and say, oh, I'm feeling this.

ex.

And people go, oh, I'm feeling the same way.

You actually feel seen and heard as well in motherhood.

And for me, that's so much of actually finding that community of going, oh, I thought it was just me that thought this, but it turns out a lot of others are as well.

Yeah, because there's so much of I guess with that comes mum guilt as well.

We're made to, as what you spoke about earlier, you know, we're made to feel that we're not allowed to have our dreams and our ambitions because now we are a mum.
