I will premise this, it is general information, but I would always uh check Fair Work Australia or if you're in another country, check what your work and employer or union rights are, because there is a lot of different things around this area. matched

And I have to say, when I was going through the research for this episode, it also surprised me that if you've already worked for your employer for at least 12 months, you're entitled to take parental leave again without needing to clock up another 12 months. matched

Because to be able to get parental leave in the first place, you've got to have done that 12 months continuous service. matched

And you you don't actually need to do that twelve months again. matched
