I'm going to take five slow minutes to walk around the block or go sit under a tree or go make a cup of tea or go have a chat and flirt with my favorite barista.
I'm going to have that slow moment.
And in that slow moment, because the science is very clear on this, we start to relax.
We recharge our physical batteries, but we also energize our minds that the creativity can kick in because you're moving away from that high speed, high stakes, high adrenaline mode, the deadline mode, right?
