So we've already started doing that.
We're seeing improvements.
pretty significant savings in our time to review payments, put them through repair, kind of clear sanction sets, do credit checks, those type of things to speed up the processing of payments, specifically cross-border payments.
We're also using it in the engineering team.
So, right, you know, we're talking a little bit about all the things that are going on in the cross-border space.
We're kind of, you know, implementing ISO on some of the legacy systems.
We're launching instant payments.
We're trying to connect to correspondent partners for instant payments globally.
Keeping up with all of the things to kind of, you know, modernize that payments infrastructure and move to a 24-7 operating model, we need to be able to really deploy capabilities really fast.
So we've actually used AI to help our team write user stories for co-development
We're using AI to help our engineers actually draft code faster rather than manually writing it from scratch and actually using it to develop test cases.
So the whole engineering lifecycle of kind of user story to drafting code and test cases, we're using that as a big accelerant as well.
And then even kind of looking to the front end of the business where clients are coming into BNY and going to our API store, as an example, to execute payments, get balance checks, all the different things that they may do with us.
We've actually put an AI-powered agent in our API store
that actually helps our clients navigate the specs, the test cases, and the experience of being able to integrate with us, test, and ultimately launch those capabilities.
So as you can kind of see from back office to developing code faster to making it easier to our clients to deal with us, we've really deployed a ton of use cases already that we're seeing some great benefit.
And again, every quarter now we're actually
quantifying, calculating, and harnessing it for a lot of the work that we do quarter over quarter.
So I think it's early, still early innings here, a lot more benefit to come.
But we've really, I'll say, have gotten all in on AI and are using it across the board already.
