And it's good because you've got Sophie and Grace that are pushing her every day and they're really tight.
They're really tight as a three.
They push each other, they drive each other, they set the tone for each other.
which is so important.
It really is in that setup because they have to live and breathe together as a three.
But yeah, Courtney's been unbelievable this year.
I've had loads of contact with Lily.

So when I took the job, she was a big part of my plans.
And then naturally, I think it was a couple of weeks into my reign that she got the big injury, which was horrible.
I maintained contact with her throughout, sort of just...
it's tough tough it was a tough year for her so we spoke numerous times and then um she spoke to me before she took the job we had a conversation about that and then we had a her team's call on friday um just to sort of see how she's getting on you know offer any support she needs and um yeah she's uh lily's great we've had yeah tons of conversations i'm sure we'll continue to do so
Let's see if she comes back.
I think, like I say to any player, the most important for any player is to get back playing at club level.
getting a feel for getting themselves back then it's a conversation it's never a conversation you know we'll always support players in their journey we'll always keep in touch we'll always help them with moves with anything they need but number one is how do we get a player back on the pitch wherever that may be
Yeah, look, it goes back to that, your makeup of your culture, your group.
