Yeah, and can you talk about, you know, a lot of these orthopedic practices, you guys are adding, you know, walk-in services, and I want to hear what you think is really driving this trend.

And, you know, we think about the orthopedic landscape as a whole.
Are you optimistic or nervous when it comes to just thinking about independent groups like where you work at?
Can you dive more into your partnership with PELTO and where you've seen some of the most benefits from them compared to, I don't know if you were ever considering other types of consolidations, etc.

I like the idea of like a think tank and learning from just all the other leaders at orthopedic practices across the country, really.
Are there any particular changes that you or anything you've any changes you've made in response to something you've learned from another group?
