And can you talk about some of the operational changes that can deliver quickest financial impact without affecting the quality of care?
Yeah, and I'd love to hear what's an example of AI success that you've seen in your practice so far?
That's a great way of putting it.
And then I also want to touch on the clinical aspect as well.
What's your strategy for aligning clinical workflows with financial goals, especially when it comes to the higher cost areas like scheduling, implants, staffing?
Absolutely.
Thank you for breaking that down.
And, you know, I want to touch on another area that, you know, has been affecting all private practices, just reimbursement pressures.
How are you approaching these challenges with other leaders at your practice and then with other physicians in your group?
Got it.
And I'd love to hear some of the lessons that you've learned about balancing physician autonomy with standardized processes and what they mean for margins and patient experience.
That's a really interesting shift you're describing here, this shift to collective autonomy.
And do you think that it will continue to stay kind of like the staying trend in this?
Yeah, and then I guess to sort of challenge you a little bit, what would you say needs to be done to kind of balance things out between the collective thinking autonomy but then also still embracing that art of medicine type of approach?
Is there a middle ground or somewhere we can balance it out?
Absolutely.
