What are you giving them?

Do you have an immune system hygiene protocol for your little one?

My daughter's two.

And for a long time now, I mean, she sprays her nasal spray every morning.

There was a while where she wouldn't let me spray the nasal spray.

Babies don't love you putting stuff up their nose.

Now she's actually really into it.

But I started her with the Propolis throat spray.

I was sprayed in her mouth every morning.

She loves the taste.

She's been doing that since she was one years old.

And my daughter...
