What is royal jelly?

Great question.

People don't know what royal jelly is.

And it's often the thing that's missing in people's health.

So royal jelly is the colostrum of the beehive.

So it is a secretion made by nurse bees given to newborn baby bees.

And it's fed to the newborn baby bees for the first three to five days of life.

And for the bee who's to become the queen bee, it's her exclusive diet.

And it's really interesting in nature because, and sorry, I'm like nerding out on the bees here.

No, I love it.

But it's really interesting in nature because you can see the difference between a bee who has some royal jelly and a bee who has a lot of royal jelly because the queen bee will live three to five years.

versus a regular bee who lives six to eight weeks.

She'll have up to 1,500 babies a day, whereas a female worker bee doesn't have reproductive organs.

And she's just stronger, more robust.

Like she looks different if you were to Google a picture or look at our Instagram or something.

Royal jelly is amazing.

It's been most studied in the Western world for brain health, for traumatic brain injuries, for neurodegenerative conditions like Alzheimer's, dementia.

It's amazing for focused memory concentration.
