There's the certain supplements that I take every day that are not beekeepers.

I take a vitamin D and I really like Thorne.

I think they've got really good practices.

Pure Encapsulations is another good brand.

Okay.

Designs for Health as well.

Those three that I listed, I've spoken to their founders.

I like their testing standards.

They're, for the most part, brands that retail in Europe.

And so they know what it looks like to build a product there.

But I also...

I like things that come from nature, that come from food, that come from the ground.

I think our bodies really know what to do.

And so I'm not a big believer in overloading with this supplement and that supplement.

The reason I love the products coming from the beehive is because they're kind of coming from plants and honey and things that the bees are making.

And they're just really well integrated versus coming from a big lab that has who knows what kind of contamination.
