So local oftentimes means exposure to one of these big corporate monocropped farms.

So the idea behind the allergies is you're getting a little bit of exposure to all these different plants that will help your body to work with these different plants when you're exposed to them and you're not going to get the puffy eyes and runny nose that you once did.

So it's just it just doesn't work like that anymore, unfortunately.

And again, propolis is a it reduces the histamine response.

So it doesn't matter if you're getting propolis from Brazil, Japan or New York City.

It's going to limit the histamine response.

And that's a great way to treat allergies.

Can food influence gene expression?

Yes, absolutely.

I mean, so much influences gene expression.

Our lifestyle completely influences it.

And so I think the foods that we're ingesting and the different toxins and pesticides that are either there or not present on those foods, those things are influencing our bodies in a massive way.

So are your products...

actually regenerative than organic?

So we're not certified organic simply because I don't believe in certified organic for bee products.

It's more of I guess we are technically organic, but it's more of like a statement because I like to really educate people about what organic means, because I think organic when it comes to bee products, as we've talked about, is kind of a way of confusing and tricking people.

And so I don't like to say that, but

I like to say that we have sustainable regenerative practices which go beyond organic.

The biggest thing we do that goes beyond organic is making sure that there is zero pesticide exposure, not just for our bees, but for a five mile radius surrounding.

So what that means is our apiaries are in the middle of nowhere.
