Crews have recovered the bodies of nine backcountry skiers who were killed in California avalanche four days ago.
Authorities say a search team reached the bodies of the eight victims and found the other one who had been missing, presumed dead, since Tuesday's avalanche near Lake Tahoe.
Those recovery efforts had been put on hold because of heavy snow and the threat of more avalanches.
