It's kind of like Y2K, like the sky isn't probably going to fall, but there will be fallout if we're not careful and if we're not prepared.
So we should be having those conversations now and asking ourselves,
What technologies, what protocols, what kind of training do we need?
You know, what does that roadmap look like?
Now's the time to start having those chats.
Speaking of security, there is no more security-aware government than the U.S.
government.
And if we go to the president, the White House's new app, it's meant to be like a public outreach app or something.
Like if you want to see the presidential live streams or see what the White House is saying or read their press releases, sort of like interacting with the White House.
Yeah.
They've launched an app to do that.
Great.
That app tracks your location every few minutes, which is a wild thing.
Like, oh, I'm installing a government PR app, kind of, and now it's tracking my location.
It's almost comical.
It is.
And I think, you know, every time we install an app, we have to make that, we have to have that conversation with ourselves.
Am I getting something out of it that justifies what permissions I'm allowing it to have?
