So many of these things have led to a lack of consumer trust in the telco industry.
It's the least trusted sector of all sectors in Australia at the moment.
And that's because of these failures.
And when people don't feel safe, they don't trust companies.
So to restore that balance, we probably need to uplift our regulation, our legislation, and ensure that the community and their needs are being met.
And when it comes to regions of Australia where people can't get connected
And some areas and some communities actually just don't get connectivity at all.
So that's a really challenging situation.
It really does undermine confidence and trust from the community and we need to restore that.

And I think that issue about not being able to text 000 is quite concerning for a lot of people.
And I think that what this underpins is that we've got our device manufacturers launching ahead of, such as Apple, launching ahead of our 000 service in providing these emergency systems and
access points.
But we do have two fundamental reviews of triple zero at the moment.
