But I remember when I was three.
Well, maybe this is the time to do our listener question.
No, but I think that, you know, and it's interesting that because the things that run through my head that,
allow me not to focus so hard on this feeling of how am I good enough?
How am I showing up?
Sort of giving my power to somebody else.
Right.
There is a generational component because I hear what
what you're saying would be the same thing that my mother would say.
I mean, it's the same, which is interesting that women of an older generation who have faced much more, you know, discrimination, have had to overcome hurdles.
The society was set up in a totally different way.
But that there is a practicality.
It's almost like...
No one's going to fix your problems for you but you.
And so all of the work of feeling good enough never ever really comes from the outside in.
And if that's what you're waiting for, somebody to give you permission to feel good about yourself, confidence, acceptance, it doesn't work that way.
Yeah.
It's not somebody else's responsibility to make you feel good.
And nobody's really thinking about you like that, you know?
