No one owes you acceptance.
I think we had the luxury of having that at home.

I think we've gone to the other extreme.
we're always trying to fix the thing that we think was broken in our childhood.

I don't think that... Well, you must hear this all the time, but... You know, we had a happy, beautiful family, right?
But your talent, your gifts, the structure of your show, how you showed up in it, like Craig said, you know, your humanity before the show, your honesty throughout your career.
I mean...
That kind of stuff has been as impactful to my development as my parents, right?
