If all she can say is she speaks about leadership.
Your topic is still too broad.
If she says she speaks about leadership, communication, resilience, and change, giving her more words hasn't made the referral easier.
It has made her work harder to figure out where you fit.
A stronger referral might sound like that colleague saying,
You should talk to her.
She helps senior leaders see why burnout among high performers may be an authority problem, not only a resilience problem, and what organizations can change before those employees leave.
