And I I love McKinsey and company's definition of just leadership in general and it's
Leadership is a set of mindsets and behaviors that align people in a collective direction and enables them to work together and accomplish shared goals and helps them adjust to changing environments.
I think that's such a beautiful and really wonderful definition.

Just adore Robin Sharma and
He talks about he has a word that I use and I love, and it's called possibilitarian.
And I think
As we move into talking about autistic leadership.
We are possibilitarians.
Just I think it is part of our nature.
It's part of our makeup as autistic people.
And Robin Sharma has.

And he says leadership is not about a title or position.
And I think that so speaks to
