If I am autistic too, and I know how hard.

And how much I have struggled.

I want to make sure I do everything for my child.

So I poured everything for the next two years into making sure he had everything.

That I didn't have.

And at the end of that two years I hit the worst burnout of my life and what I call those five lever levels of spicy burnout.

I hit that ghost pepper level five.

I was so hot, I was not.

And my body shut down.

And I was in this place that

I either didn't want to be any more.

Or I was gonna figure it out.

And with two small children.

That I absolutely adore.

I chose I needed to figure it out.

And having that understanding.

That there was just something I didn't know.

There was a piece of information that I had not had to that point.

My life.

For the first time.
