Kay, can you just can you explain why like I understand the the idea of um these delivery service partners, these DSPs, why, you know, maybe the wages wouldn't be as high and the benefits wouldn't be as good as in l if they were, you know, as opposed to working directly for for Amazon.
But can you explain why uh conditions will be safer for them and when why you think there would be fewer accidents if they were employed directly by a big company?

Well, I'm watching shares of Reddit.
They're surging this morning, up 14%.
This after the company we learned yesterday is set to join the S P 500.
Look at that.
It's gonna replace Avalon Bay Communities.
That's being acquired by Equity Residential.
Now, this is a big deal because now passive investment funds.
Have to buy shares of Reddit.
So that's why inclusion these days in an increasingly passive world is just becoming more and more important for companies.
Shares of Reddit, down by about 20% this year, up today by just about 14%.
