On Saturday, search and rescue crews were able to access the area and confirm the two deaths.
The heavy lift helicopter was one of seven assigned to the massive Wide Mouth II fire.
So far it's burned more than a hundred and ten thousand acres in central Utah, about three hours south of Salt Lake City.
