You know, after there's been an accident, you then want somebody quoted saying, you know, please don't drink and drive or don't speed.
The implication is, well, you know, what are you saying about those people who have just died tragically?
But, you know, there is an issue with visibility in the RSA.
Generally, if you're looking for words of wisdom on road safety issues,
They're not necessarily, believe it or not, the first people you go to.
And, you know, there are wider issues that possibly could be getting involved in discussing.
You know, we have issues not just in Ireland, you know, but with the increasing size of cars.
You know, I think the second category of deaths on a road is pedestrians.
If you get hit by a larger car, even if they are going at slower speed, your chances are not good.
In car design of recent times, the screens, the screens, all of the controls are the screens.
Not just are they controlled on screens, which means you're taking your hands off things.
They're in the middle of the car.
You know, they're not in front of you.
How that came about, obviously the RSA can't tackle that on its own, but there are parts of networks of RSAs around Europe.
Those are issues we'd like to hear, I think, more from them on.
Well, they're readily available.
I mean, you can seize 950, but they're for sale everywhere and they are targeted at children.
