You know, we're designed to move.
You know, sitting still is something really tricky, even for some of us adults.
So moving our body, more excuses to move, dancing.
If you're travelling in the car, get the music on, as long as it's, you know, appropriate, age appropriate.
Yeah.
But, you know, I was thinking of my granddaughter just the other day, and we were singing a song together, and she was doing all the actions in the car.
And she's doing her little point to the ceiling, point to the floor.
So lots of that.
You know, those little moments are really quite joyful for children, that listening.
They're not needing to use all their senses, but listening to the music, listening to the rhythm.
Yeah, just encourage parents to do a lot more of that, I think.
