And so I just remember this feeling in my body of like the shock of that diagnosis and being so young. And I was a mother of two at the time. And being told I was infertile when I knew I had children before. And so I just had this moment that came over me after the grief and the shock wore off of understanding and knowing that if this can happen to me, I don't know how, but I can unwind it.

And that something shifted in my body or in my emotions or whatever that created this. And so that really set out my journey to learning how to heal myself. And that was what I did. And so I studied with endocrinologists, rheumatologists, hormone specialists, functional medicine doctors.
