So when you continue to see this conveyor belt of people who are not actually healthy, but they fit into a size zero, of course, that's going to affect everybody.
It's affecting anyone who has, you know, perfect mental health or anybody who's happy in their body, because it's like comparison is the thief of joy, but comparison is also part of life.
So if we keep looking at other people and people who are not well, we are going to take that on ourselves.
And, you know, a lot of it is simply online culture.
We all get a thrill if somebody comments that we have a nice haircut or that we have a nice tan or that kind of thing.
And I think now, especially because the weather is so hot, people are becoming more conscious about their bodies and I
I think it was Elaine that was also saying this, that we need to celebrate the vessels that we're in.
Like when like when it was very hot the other day, I remember seeing a gal wearing this like crop top and she wouldn't be the size, you know, eight or ten or whatever.
And I was like, oh, I might go change home into my crop top, too, because I was just so impressed.
And I just was reminded that we don't all have to look a certain way to enjoy ourselves or to, you know, be cool when the weather is piping hot.
And yeah, it just, I think I've gone off on a tangent there now.
Well, you see, what one person thinks looks good, another person is going to think looks terrible.
Like, I know someone a while ago told me this brilliant thing.
Whenever somebody interferes, they go, mind your business, which I think is one of the most empowering things you can say to somebody if they're commenting on your appearance.
saying you should look a certain way or even behave a certain way, it's absolutely none of their business.
Because you never know what is going on in somebody's life.
Our body is the greatest messenger to tell us that something isn't right.
