Man, there's a firewall with them.
You know, like the person that you hire has to be really good and creative and also has to convince them to not be themselves.
I know that we all have harsh feelings about Jon Paxson, the executive.
But I would also say about Jon Paxson, the man, that this is a good man.
That I do think also wants the best for the Bulls as an organization.
And right now, as a consultant, he's your top basketball executive, right?
Yeah, but the Bulls should definitely ask both of those guys if they'd like to be in charge of the basketball operation.
When it comes to Matt Lloyd, who I've known for a really long time and who I like, we haven't talked in a long time, but I like that guy and I've liked his approach to it.
With him, I wonder if the familiarity, he was a kid when he was here.
I do wonder, is that one of those things where he might still be seen as that?
Right.
You know, like he walks back into the building and it's like, oh, wow, man, when you were 24 and you were starting out here in the media department.
Oh, we love that.
Like, no, I'm a full grown man who's been running basketball organizations for the last 15 years.
We'll have more on this as we get more candidates and we hear more stuff about the Bulls.
But if you're just joining us, Billy has stepped down and now the deck is cleared and the Bulls can go and figure out how they want to run their basketball operation.

I mean, have they maybe had calls about just kicking the tires or seeing what that would take?
I mean, yeah, in a situation, personally, this is just my personal opinion.
