You know, I mean, and it's really real, right?
Because we have mirror neurons in our brains that, you know, when somebody is freaking out in front of us, it's really difficult not to have our own emotional feelings.
freak out right and so and it's interesting too i was i just recently spent time with one of my closest friends and her two-year-old and it just kind of got me thinking about how often we respond to our kids from a place of believing that they have a whole objective to make our lives super difficult
Like they're on a mission, right?
Like they have the emotional capacity to have this complicated web of dragging us in, you know, and it's just not true.
They're just having their own experience of intersecting with the world around them and with a really underdeveloped brain, you know?
And so it looks really wacky.
And I think when we remember that, it helps to maintain composure.
