But as we're, you know, on our third nice request, you know, perhaps if we're paying attention, there's a lot of

Heat in our body or tension in our body, or our hands are starting to move into fists, or our jaw becomes set.

Right, or the little muscles in our face start to to start to get rigid.

So these are all indicators that in that moment

rather than asking again.

And I think it's funny too.

And I and I am completely guilty of this, right?

I ask three or four times, you know, and they still won't move.

And it's like, Well, why do we keep doing the same thing and expecting different results?
