Well, I mean, we knew that we just wanted to give everybody a much better experience coming in.
We wanted to lessen the friction of them coming into a webinar platform and not knowing necessarily what they're going to be doing or how they're going to be doing it.
So that's why we decided we were going to give everybody an onboarding call so that they felt comfortable
a little more connectivity with us.
