I actually saw that pillar.
I don't know.
Maybe that's just a myth.
I have no idea.
But you can see where they moved these pillars from original temples or maybe, who knows, maybe they found a workshop somewhere with these.
And they put them in the center of the newer temples.
Wow.
So it's not precise at all, very crude stonework above and below them, and then they have this perfect lathe pillar right in the middle.
Oh, you know, 1200 to 1500 AD.
Because the kings that ruled during that time period wrote inscriptions on the pillars in a lot of instances, on the sides of the temples, things like that.
It's all inscriptional evidence.
Right.
What's really interesting, I've done a lot of— That sounds great.
Yeah, I've done a lot of research in Cambodia, and they date all of their temples based on inscriptions.
And when you actually run these inscriptions through AI and you translate them, they've all been translated from Sanskrit to French.
I then translated it from French to English.
And when you read what the kings actually wrote, very seldom do they say, I, king so-and-so, built this.
What they say is, I installed a lingam.
I brought a statue to this temple.
And so the archaeologists make a fairly big jump between what the kings actually wrote and saying, well, this king must have built this.
